LABORATORY MEASUREMENTS OF THE
Determines the noise reduction value of a floor covering under standard test conditions.
Using a specified concrete floor, the impact sound insulation is measured in the presence and absence of the floor covering.
Can be used for the design and comparison of floor coverings, e.g. carpets and soft vinyl.
