CTA-861.6 specifies changes related to Audio and Video Signaling to CTA-861-H [A].
The requirements of this standard are in addition to and complement CTA-861-H. All devices compliant to CTA-861.6 shall also comply with CTA-861-H, except that this standard modifies Tables 5, 6, 11, 17 (now 20), 18 (now 21), 23 (now 26), 39 (now 42), 60 (now 63), 62 (now 65), 78 (now 83), 79 (now 84), 109 (now 114) through 113 (now 124), 157 (now 168), and 158 (now 169), Figures 8, 12, and 13, and Sections 2.1.1.1, 2.1.2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.6, 4, 4.1, 5, 5.1, 5.3, 6.3, 6.4, 6.4.1, 7, 7.2, 7.2.2, 7.3, 7.3.3, 7.4, 7.5.1, 7.5.2, 7.5.5, 7.5.6, 7.5.12, 7.5.13, 7.5.15, 7.5.16, 7.5.17, 7.5.17.1, 7.5.17.3, A.2.4, A.2.7, F.1, F.3.1, F.3.4, H.1, R.2, R.3, S.1, and S.3 of CTA-861-H.
Any Errata and Extensions that apply to CTA-861-H, which were published after March 2022, also apply to this standard.
